Lars Zahl
was born in 1976. He works as an information and media designer at the
MARS Exploratory Media Lab. He designed models of interaction, of visualisation and of the workflow for the „Energie_Passagen” project. He was in charge of the design and the programming of the website and coordinated the technical support. He completed his interdisciplinary studies of Information and Media Design at the
University of Applied Sciences for Design in Schwäbisch Gmünd with a master’s thesis on
»Human Workforce«, a Human Resource Management. This thesis was awarded the
Red-Dot-Award: communication design 2003. During his studies, he gained practical experience, among others at the developmental aid project
Lincos.net in Costa Rica, which was co-founded by the
MIT, and at the media and science forum
